Start with an inquiry. Isabella will confirm availability, actual photos or the agreed custom design, final price, timing, and terms with you before payment. This website does not accept checkout or payments.
How long does a custom doll take?
Custom dolls have an estimated production window of 4–8 weeks after the order and final design are confirmed with the artist. Available features and the production estimate are confirmed before purchase. Shipping time is additional. Ready-to-ship dolls are already complete; dispatch timing will be shown on each confirmed listing.
Will I receive the doll pictured?
No. Current images are illustrative examples, not photos of dolls in stock. Actual dolls will differ. Before payment, we’ll share actual photographs for finished dolls or agree on the artist, sculpt, features, and differences for a custom doll.
How will I know the artist and sculpt?
Each real listing will need the confirmed artist and sculpt details, material, measurements, condition, and any documentation supplied with that doll. The previews do not imply an existing artist partnership or certificate.
What about shipping, returns, and payment plans?
These terms will be confirmed before the shop accepts orders. Shipping destinations, charges, dispatch timing, and any return or payment-plan terms will be available for review before purchase.
Are reborns suitable for children?
